Service Description
JSM Law offers a comprehensive 60-minute virtual legal consultation for small business session where we dive deep into your legal concerns, with the option to have the session recorded for your convenience. Following the session, you will receive a personalized 1-page written follow-up summary detailing key risks, next steps, and suggested resources to guide you in the right direction. For those seeking additional support, we provide an optional add-on of 5 business days of email access for follow-up questions at an additional cost. Cancellation Policy
Client agrees to pay a flat fee of $297.00 prior to scheduling the Legal Clarity Session. This fee will be held in the Law Office’s trust (IOLTA) account until earned in accordance with the following schedule: - 75% of the fee ($222.75) shall be deemed earned immediately upon completion of the Legal Clarity Session. - The remaining 25% ($74.25) shall be deemed earned upon the Client’s receipt of the written one-page summary prepared by the Law Office. Client may discharge the Law Office and the Attorney at any time. The Client is entitled to a full refund until no less than 24 hours prior to the Legal Clarity Session. If the Client has signed this Agreement but either fails to attend the Legal Clarity Session, or cancels without rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance, the Law Office may retain a $125.00 minimum fee and shall return the remaining balance to the Client.
